Every LoveThePaw order ships free across the United States and Canada. No minimums, no hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.

Each Calm Paws product is shipped from our partner workshop and delivered directly to you. The slightly longer delivery window is how we keep our prices fair, our quality high, and our products honest. Worth the wait.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately, and a tracking number by email within 48 hours of your order being processed.

If you don't see your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at sjessome@eastlink.ca and we'll send it directly.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll be able to follow your package from our workshop to your doorstep. We'll send tracking updates by email at key milestones.

Customs & Duties

All US and Canadian orders ship duties pre-paid. You will never receive a surprise customs bill at your door. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay β€” period.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing can extend delivery beyond our usual window. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at sjessome@eastlink.ca.

We'll either investigate with the carrier or issue you a full refund β€” your choice.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we've got you covered:

  • Damaged in transit: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early). If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or replace your order.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, email us. We'll either re-ship or refund β€” your call.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order β€” typos in postal codes or unit numbers are the #1 cause of delivery issues.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email sjessome@eastlink.ca within 2 hours and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
