At LoveThePaw, we believe pet care should be stress-free — for you and them. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a refund:
1. Email us at hello@lovethepaw.com with your order number
2. Tell us briefly why the product didn't work for you
3. We'll process your refund within 3 business days

No return shipping required. For most products, we ask that you donate the item to a local animal shelter instead of shipping it back — and we'll cover the cost of that donation if you provide a receipt.

Exceptions:
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
- Refund requests beyond 30 days will be reviewed case-by-case
